J.I.D & J.Cole Deliver Lyrical Lightning in New Collab

It's no surprise that J.I.D., the Dreamville signee has become everyone's newest favorite rapper from Atlanta. He's hinted on a new album for a while , and fans are eagerly awaiting for the November 26 release date of Dicaprio 2. As we patiently wait we were given a small sample of the project that is sure to satiate hip hop heads. Earlier this week J.I.D. dropped his latest single for the upcoming project, titled Off Deez, also features Dreamville star and founder J. Cole.

With production from DJ Drama, it goes without saying that this song was made to bump loud and obnoxiously in the whip. J.I.D. and Cole take turns destroying the track making sure to exhaust every possible syllable in the process. J.I.D., no stranger to rapid fire lyrical delivery, bumps the notch even higher on this single rapping at near light speeds. J. Cole returns the favor by delivering what I am sure is the fastest flow he has put to wax over his decade plus long career. The song features mostly braggadocious lyrics from the two Dreamville virtuosos and is definitely the liveliest of the three songs J.I.D. has released from his upcoming project.

So far, every track has been fire and if these songs are of any indication of what is to come on the album, The Rap Hippies are definitely excited!

Off Deez is available now on all streaming platforms so go give it a listen and make sure you let us know what you think.
